Hello, my name is Bob Hatcher, and I've spent 40 years in the Central Savannah River Area, giving me extensive knowledge of the Augusta-Aiken region. I graduated from USC-Aiken with a bachelor’s in biology while on a baseball scholarship and continued my education at Augusta University, where I earned a Master’s in Education in Secondary Biology. My previous career as a high school science teacher and coach for baseball and football has honed my ability to guide and support others. 

Currently, I work with the Federal Governmentmanaging contracts. This role has equipped me with exceptional customer service skills, superior negotiating abilities, and a keen eye for contract details. My organizational skills and ability to build strong client relationships are key assets I bring to real estate. 

In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and indulging in activities like traveling, sports, festivals, and concerts.
