Hello! I am James Laird; Executive Assistant, Realtor, and team member of The Heritage Group. As an Augusta native I am very familiar with the complexity of the surrounding area. Raised by entrepreneurs in the CSRA, I have had life long exposure to several aspects of real estate. I am a proud member of Augusta University's Alumni, holding a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Prior to graduating from AU I earned my real estate license in April of 2023 while working as a real estate intern. In July of 2024 I joined CENTURY 21 Magnolia and have felt right at home ever since. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog. As a lover of the outdoors you can often expect to find me on a golf course, exploring new places, and spending time on the water. It's also worth mentioning I love to cook and am a huge foodie. I am a strong believer and supporter of the vision Noah has for the success of this company and it's agents. Sharing an office with Noah, we both keep an open door policy.
