“My family and I moved to Ridge Forrest subdivision Augusta,09,2024, and if I can give 100 stars I will. So after hurricane Helene I reached out multiple times about a sewage problem. It was really bad. No answer from the office which was very unusual. I then used the resident portal in which I was very unfamiliar with (just gave it a try) and messaged on there. Not only did I receive a response by phone in less than 30 mins but also the property manager reached out and came expeditiously! While they visit the property, she also notice very minor things that I was willing to hold out on and acknowledged it. I also learned that 9 other properties were severely damaged from the storm. I seen pictures of 75% of a few homes damaged from trees and needs a complete remodel. So yes I’m crying typing this because of the help I received. Taking my situation in consideration and worked on my home asap was so unrealistic. was a day from surgically delivering my baby girl, and also suffering severe congested heart failure. I couldn’t really personally thank them enough, so I came here. Thank you a lot! My baby and I are home now and enjoying! Also thanks for the extra help as well, you guys know exactly what I mean.”
