I’m Noah McBride, the Owner of CENTURY 21 Magnolia. After honing in on my early success as an award wining agent, I had a long term vision of owning a successful brokerage. After meeting the requirements and obtaining my brokers license I was presented the unique opportunity to carry on the CSRA’s CENTURY 21 legacy. In 2023 I did so by purchasing the rights to Augusta’s CENTURY 21 franchise from my predecessor and mentor Larry Miller, and rebranding as CENTURY 21 Magnolia. As the youngest person to ever own a CENTURY 21 franchise, I’ve quickly established myself as a top-performing agent in the Greater Augusta Area. I’m a family-oriented person, married to my high school sweetheart, and a proud father of two with one on the way. When I’m not working hard to meet my clients’ needs, you can find me practicing my golf swing, cheering on my favorite sports teams—Florida State and the Atlanta Braves—or spending quality time with my family. Born and raised in Augusta, I take pride in Elevating a Tradition of Trust through my work. As owner, I have an executive responsibility for influencing the vision of our companies culture, direction, and success. To ensure the best chance of success for my agents, I have delegated the management of day-to-day operations to other individuals such as Hope. Although I may not appear to be as hands on as she is, I can assure you that you are equally as important to me. I keep an open door policy in my personal office and encourage you to come speak with me as needed. I currently run a sales team within the brokerage known as “The Heritage Group”, along side my executive assistant and teammate, James Laird.
