Hi, I’m Sarah Baldwin, a realtor at CENTURY 21 Magnolia. I recently moved to Augusta from New York City and am currently building a mountain house in the Blue Ridge. I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) in Miami and have a deep love for animals. 

Before diving into real estate, I had an exciting career in New York City where I also worked as a soccer coach for troubled youth. This experience taught me the importance of community, dedication, and the value of a supportive home.
